Build Your Career With RCC

At Reno Children’s Center, our mission is to help children with Autism thrive. To achieve our purpose, we need dedicated employees on our side. If you’re passionate about serving the community, watching families grow, and creating awareness for Autism Spectrum Disorder, we want you on our team.

Benefits Of Working With Us

We live and work by the philosophy that happy employees are how businesses succeed. Without our team, we can’t make a difference in the communities we serve. At RCC our leadership is committed to the growth, mental health, and success of every employee. Here are just a few of the benefits we provide to every single employee:

  • Authorized Continuing Education provider (ACE certified)
  • Paid training and continuing education opportunities.
  • Generous PTO + mental health days
  • RBT to BCBA career advancement program.
  • Flexible scheduling (we understand you have obligations outside of work).
  • Health, life, vision & dental insurance.
  • Flexibility during the holiday season.
  • 401k retirement package.
  • A leadership team that wants to hear your feedback (good or bad).

Financial Wellness Initiatives

Top-of-Market Pay Rate: Each employee at RCC is paid the highest rate for their role. For example, if the average hourly rate for RBTs in Reno, NV is between $15-$20/hour, our RBTs will be paid $20/hour. If that average rate increases to $25/hour, employee pay is increased to the new top-of-market rate. If the average rate decreases, employee pay will not be reduced.

Wellness Initiatives

Wellness Days: Qualifying staff members receive quarterly paid mental health days on top of existing PTO allotments.

Employee Feedback Portal: Most people spend between 20-40 hours at work each week. Why not be happy while you’re there? While we can’t promise every day will be a walk on the beach, we can promise that we’ll listen if you have ideas to improve our work environment.
