This position works directly with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for children on the Autism Spectrum. The RBT provides one-on-one therapy, assists with parent training, and collects data related to individual therapy plans.
RBTs at our center work primarily with children under age 5 so, this role is best suited to high-energy individuals with outgoing personalities. You must be comfortable assisting with tasks including feeding, potty training, diaper changing, etc., and able to handle challenging behaviors with patience.

Compensation
All of our employees are paid top-of-market for their roles. This means that if average pay increases, so does your hourly rate. Your pay rate will never decrease if the top market rate goes down.
